Scope of this website

This website describes Sunofla AI Workspace, Pilot Access, deployment options, and onsite IT Foundation services. Information on the website is general and does not create a service agreement, fixed project scope, or guaranteed outcome.

Pilot Access

Pilot Access is intended to evaluate one repeated workflow with a small group before a broader rollout. A Pilot may use cloud, local, or hybrid components depending on the agreed workflow, data location, team, and operating requirements.

A Pilot is not a promise of a full deployment, a specific performance outcome, cost reduction, compliance status, or uninterrupted service.

Onsite service

Onsite IT work begins only after Sunofla confirms the scope, location, scheduling, and estimated range. A $79 visit fee may apply when a visit is booked; if onsite service is completed, the fee is applied to the labor portion of the final invoice as described during booking.

If discovery changes the scope, Sunofla will explain the options and obtain approval before performing added work.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to provide access to systems, files, devices, and locations involved in an engagement. Do not provide passwords or confidential files through public website forms.

Third-party services

Some solutions may rely on third-party hardware, cloud providers, AI models, software, or internet services. Their availability, policies, pricing, and performance are outside Sunofla's direct control.

Service boundaries

Sunofla focuses on practical AI Workspace design, onsite IT foundation work, shared storage, backup planning, permissions, workflow setup, and related support for small teams.

Sunofla does not provide legal, financial, medical, insurance, compliance certification, deep cybersecurity, heavy construction, or data-center services unless specifically agreed in writing.
