SHIPPING POLICY

General Principles

NEXT DAY SHIPPING

All orders ship out next business day from our warehouse or factory.

（Regarding customization requests, it may take more time to confirm.）

U.S. Lower 48: 5-7 business days.

Hawaii & Alaska: 7-15 business days.

International: 7-15 business days.

* In some cases, your order may be shipped from our factory in China, which could require additional time. Please confirm upon receiving your order number if this arrangement is acceptable.

Execution Details

  1. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days from the day you've placed an order, please reach out to us ASAP. 

  2. Please note: During the holiday season, it can get very busy for our warehouse and shipping carriers. You may, or may not experience a delay in processing and shipping times. In the event that you do experience a delay, please email us at jianweichen@sunofla.com for a more accurate delivery date. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

  3. Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping fee will incur to be shipped to the new address. We can only change the address if your order hasn't been shipped yet (typically 1-2 days). Please contact us ASAP if you need to change the address.

  4. We ARE NOT responsible for damaged/lost packages once they are shipped. If your package arrive damaged or lost, please submit a claim with the respective shipping carrier using your tracking number. You can also contact us to assist you with this process.

  5. International shipping terms: Delivered At Place (DAP) - the seller is responsible for delivery of the goods, ready for unloading, at the named place of destination. The seller assumes all risks involved up to unloading. Unloading is at the buyer’s risk and cost. DAP rules require the seller to clear goods for export, where applicable, without any obligation to clear the goods for import, pay import duty or carry out import customs formalities. Buyers are responsible for import duties (if any).
