In 2010, our founder, Mr. Jarvis Chen, was captivated by the beautiful natural environment and diverse culture of California. Does it need to be completely dark for holographic effect?No, it does not need to be completely dark. However, the effect looks better in the dark.

How does 3D hologram fan work?It's very simple! Just connect your phone to the 3D hologram fan via wifi, and upload videos/photos directly from your phone through our app. You can upload videos/images directly from your phone's camera roll, or download 3D animations from our 3D content library.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship worldwide and have served many customers from international locations. Our manufacturing facility is based in China, and we have an office in the United States, allowing us to provide service to users in most countries.

Where can I get 3D content for the 3D hologram fan?A link to our 3D content library will be available for download via a QR code in the instruction manual. To gain access, please scan the QR code with the email address used for your order logged in on your phone.

Where do you ship from?We may ship from California or our factory in China, depending on the product you ordered and our inventory situation.

What is 3D hologram fan?A 3D hologram fan is a technology that utilizes the persistence of vision phenomenon to display 3D holographic videos through high-speed rotating LED blades. It can achieve a glasses-free 3D effect with simple stitching

How long can the videos be?With our PC software, there are no limits on video length—upload and watch entire episodes of your favorite shows or movies on the 3D hologram fan without any restrictions! However, when using our iOS app, the maximum video length is around 3 minutes.

How do I create the 3D Holographic effects?To create the 3D holographic effect, simply upload any 3D animation with a black, or green background into our app.

What is Multiple splicing display?Multiple splicing is a more advanced solution that we use for our larger models of 3D hologram display. This allows the hologram fan to have more capabilities such as: multi-fan synchronization splicing display. You can combine as many hologram fans as you want in an array to create a large hologram. Real-time live stream screen mirroring capabilities. You can mirror your computer/phone screen on the 3D hologram fans in real-time.

Can it display anything?Yes! You can display anything you want. That includes videos/images of real people. It is not limited to only animations. Think of a holographic TV in the physical world. Except there are no screens.

Can your product only display animations that you provide?No, it does not have to be our animations. You can also upload your own videos/images directly from your phone's camera roll.

Where is the app?The app is only available for our customers. You can download it using the QR code provided in the instruction’s manual. If you've lost the instructions manual, please email support@sunofla.com for a link to download the app.

What's the difference between cover and no cover?With cover: Provides better protection and reduces fan noise to almost nothing. Without cover: Offers a better 'mid-air' floating holographic effect, but with more noise from the fan.

What type of files can be uploaded?Any of the standard file formats such as: MP4, MOV, GIF, JPEG, PNG.

Can I become a distributor?Yes, we welcome both individuals and companies to join our distributor network. In fact, we plan to establish one or two local partners in each state. You just need to have passion and confidence, as well as a warehouse capable of receiving equipment.

How do partners handle after-sales service issues?Don't worry, our after-sales service team will handle user inquiries. We take care of product warranties and returns. Distributors only need to maintain good relationships with customers.
